Hi! I’m Ava Min!
I’m the Designs & Layout Manager for the Global Youth Alliance, and I am currently a student in Columbus,
Ohio.
I’ve moved around a lot throughout my entire life, from Ireland, to Singapore (where I met
Sophie, the founder of GYA), to Chicago, and now here in Ohio!
The reason why I wanted to get involved is because I have a big passion for digital arts, other creative mediums, and writing about anything. I love playing instruments (violin and piano) and reading in my free time.
I care a lot about creating a safe and empowering space for youths in hopes of making
students feel like they have a voice, (which they do!) as well as building skills like
communication, writing, and critical thinking.
I’m proud to say that I do some of the artwork for the posts, and I hope that our team
does well to fulfill our goals and give you a sense of belonging.
